Hi, my name is Molly Katsma. I'm a wife, mom to a 14 year old son, hair salon owner and stylist and a certified FASTer Way To Fat Loss® coach.

I have always been super active. I loved running, group classes, spinning and yoga but I could never get to where I wanted to be physically and I was totally burning myself out. I found FASTer Way To Fat Loss® in May of 2018 and signed up.

After the first week, I was hooked! I learned how to finally eat the right things, at the right times, for the right reasons. The workouts are amazing also. Lifting weights was new to me but I LOVED it! After my first round, I had lost 6 1/2 inches!!! In six weeks, I had changed my body more than I had with years of over training and under eating. I had energy again and I felt amazing. Needless to say, I signed up for my second round. I also looked into the coaching opportunity.

As a coach now, running my own FASTer Way To Fat Loss® groups has been one of the most rewarding things I have ever done! Seeing women reach their fitness and health goals is the most amazing feeling ever!
